April Breakfast and Lunch Menu's

Enjoy the Break!

Dear Antelope Families,
I want to begin by sincerely thanking you for your support during last weekโs junior science testing. Our students did an outstanding job, and we are incredibly proud of their focus, effort, and commitment. It was great to see them take this opportunity seriously and represent themselves and our school so well.
As we move forward, we now turn our attention to the Junior State Testing (ACT), taking place March 24โ26. This is one of the most important assessments our students will take, and we are excited to see them continue to demonstrate the same level of success, dedication, and effort.
The ACT is more than just a test; it is an opportunity. Strong performance can open doors to scholarships, college admissions, military advancement opportunities, and placement advantages in trade and technical programs. It is also a key component of our schoolโs accountability, contributing to our Arizona Department of Education letter grade and helping showcase the continued progress at Antelope.
Most importantly, this is our studentsโ chance to show what they know and take pride in their hard work.
To help ensure success, we ask for your continued support in reinforcing a few key habits during testing:
Prioritize attendance. Our goal remains 100% attendance so every student has the opportunity to succeed.
Ensure a good nightโs sleep before each testing day.
Encourage a healthy breakfast to help students stay focused and energized.
Help reduce stress by reminding students to stay calm, take their time, and do their best.
Provide positive encouragement. Your support at home makes a meaningful difference in student confidence and performance.
Our students have shown what they are capable of, and we are confident they will continue to rise to the occasion. With your continued partnership, we look forward to seeing them build on last weekโs success and perform at their very best on the ACT.
Thank you again for your ongoing support of Antelope and for everything you do to help our students succeed.

Dear Antelope Families,
As we approach our upcoming state testing window, we want to take a moment to emphasize how important these assessments are for our students and our school community. The testing schedule is as follows:
Junior Science Testing: March 17โ19
Junior State Testing (ACT): March 24โ26
Freshman State Testing: April 15โ16
These assessments play an important role in measuring student learning and growth, and they help demonstrate the progress our students and staff are making together. The results also contribute to our schoolโs Arizona Department of Education letter grade, which is an important indicator of our schoolโs success and improvement. Strong performance on these assessments helps show the positive direction Antelope is moving in, even as we continue working through the districtโs current receivership.
Most importantly, these tests are an opportunity for our students to showcase their hard work and knowledge. High scores can open doors to scholarships, college opportunities, military advancement opportunities, and placement advantages in trade and technical programs. Even for students who do not plan to attend a traditional four-year college, strong test performance can provide valuable options and recognition of their abilities.
To help our students perform at their best, we ask for your support in encouraging a few key habits during testing days:
Prioritize attendance. Our goal is 100% attendance during testing, so every student has the opportunity to demonstrate what they know.
Ensure students get a good nightโs sleep the night before testing.
Encourage students to eat a healthy breakfast so they have the energy and focus they need.
Help reduce stress by reminding students to stay calm, take their time, and simply do their best.
Offer positive encouragement. A few supportive words from home can make a big difference in helping students feel confident and prepared.
Our teachers and staff have been working hard to prepare students, and we are excited for them to show what they can do. With strong attendance, healthy routines, and encouragement from home, our students will be well-positioned to succeed.
Thank you for your continued support of Antelope and for partnering with us to help our students achieve their very best.

Good morning everyone,
I am reaching out to ask for your help in supporting our school cafeteria and the important role it plays in the health and well-being of our students.
Currently, nearly 80% of our students qualify for free meals, including those who qualify for reduced-price meals, which are also provided at no cost to families. This program allows our students to access healthy, nutritious meals prepared each day by our wonderful cafeteria staff.
This year, we have seen a significant decrease in the number of meals being served, which raises concerns for both student nutrition and the long-term sustainability of our cafeteria program. School meal programs rely on the number of meals served in order to receive the funding necessary to support food costs, staffing, and operations.
If your student qualifies for free or reduced meals, we strongly encourage them to take advantage of both breakfast and lunch offered on campus. These meals are available at no cost to your family, and participation helps ensure we can continue providing high-quality meals for all students.
Every meal served supports the cafeteria program by helping cover operational costs and allowing us to maintain meal quality, menu variety, and our dedicated cafeteria staff. Increased participation also helps ensure we can continue offering nutritious meals without needing to make reductions to the program.
We are incredibly proud of the meals our cafeteria team prepares each day and are grateful for your support in encouraging students to participate.
Thank you for helping us ensure that all students have access to healthy meals and that our cafeteria program remains strong.
